The Island Medical Centre is the largest practice in Jersey. We have a modern, purpose built, town-based hub and three satellite branches serving the east, west and north of the island. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality service and level of care to our patients. We are a multidisciplinary team and encourage doctors to develop interests in specialist fields such as aviation medicine, occupational health, travel medicine, vasectomies and minor surgery. We are a team; we support each other wherever possible and work collaboratively both clinically and in keeping up to date. Many of the doctors have led and organised conferences for the wider GP community but in house education and professional development is also important to us. We value our recreational time. We are a large, innovative, well-regarded training practice serving a population of 13,000 patients across 3 sites - Indigo House in St Helier, Little Grove Clinic in St Lawrence and Leodis Surgery in St Brelade. Priding ourselves on our diverse, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, we provide acute paramedic visits, specialist dermatology nurse clinics (including dermoscopy), spirometry, medicals and an in-house clinical pharmacist for structured and in-detail medication reviews. Route du Fort Surgery is looking for dedicated salaried GPs to join our team in St Saviour, with a genuine pathway to partnership for the right candidates. The Role: We are a well-established, six-partner practice operating from the modern Lido Medical Centre. We offer a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical excellence and continuity of care. Flexibility: 6–9 sessions per week, negotiable to suit your circumstances. Workflow: 15-minute appointments within a well-organized, essentially paperless EMIS Web environment. Support: A stable team including a Practice Manager and seven administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Facilities: Purpose-built consulting rooms with on-site pharmacy, X-ray, and physiotherapy. Benefits: £14,500 to £16,000 per session annually, depending on experience, and six weeks’ annual leave (pro-rated). Life in Jersey: Jersey offers a unique professional and personal balance.
